Possible Periontitis

Posted by @raven38 in Digestive Health, Aug 5, 2012

My grandson was born without a rectum. His lower colon has been isolated and prepared to be rejoined to his upper colon. The lower colon has undergone several manual stretches before it can function and be rejoined. Immediately after the latest stretch 2 weeks ago, the 7 month-old baby exhibited a bloated belly, nausea, vomiting and a general infection that antibiotics have not eliminated. Is it possible that the stretching tool has injured the colon and caused periontitis to set it?
