possible jaw necrosis

I have been on oseoporosis drugs for 2 years having tried Boniva and Prolia both which gave me horrible stomach pain and now I just took my 7th injections of Evenity. I have 2 spots on my jaw that are very sore and tender and wonder if this could be the beginning of jaw necrosis. Has anyone ever experienced jaw necrosis and, if so, how is it treated?

This is why I stopped meds after 1 year on Fosamax I think it was 30 years ago. I am doing a form of the ONETO program for Osteoporosis.
