I just went to the Cardiologist and was told that I was at high risk for coronary heart disease. I have high blood pressure and diabetes. I workout 4 times a week for at least an hour and have been active my whole life. I am afraid I am going to have a heart attack in the next few months because my dad died at age 45 from a heart attack. I have a family and want to be around for a long time. Please provide me with some direction as far as lifestyle changes to prevent this from progressively getting worse.
