Physical therapy for eosinophilic fasciitis
Does anyone with eosinophilic fasciitis have experience with physical therapy that helped them? My rheumatologist contacted the network physical therapists to find someone with knowledge of (or specializing in) eosinophilic fasciitis. I received a call from physical therapy stating that they had no one with knowledge of this disease. Would fascial tissue manipulation or myofascial release be appropriate? Or is that too much stimulation of the fascia? I've read it can cause a relapse. Any information would be appreciated!
