i have just been told i have parkinson and im not handling it too good any one have parkinson that can help me?

Well, knowledge is good, but hope is better! You might also want to take a look at some of the articles on aarp.org on Parkinsons. Just go to aarp.org and search on Parkinsons.
I think you will find lot's of comradery on the web to help you in your journey. There is blog that you might enjoy reading at: http://parkinsonsfocustoday.blogspot.com

I was diagnosed 7 years ago and no one knows I have it unless I mention it. I also have ddd, stenosis, osteoporosis and scoliosis. I do physical therapy exercises as soon as I arise, take a hot shower, have breakfast and go to the pool for deep water walking. I need to change positions often and nap in the afternoon. I'm on Sinemet three times a day before meals. I also take Levothroid and Omeprezole once a day. I take fish oil, a baby aspirin and Metamucil and a stool softener. Remember, ALL your muscles become rigid.
