Pain even after back surgery
I've been suffering from sciatic pain in my left leg for 13 years. I'm 76 years old and have had great health. I've had 12 injections, a spinal stimulator that only caused more pain, 3 electric whatjamacolits, 5 physical therapy diagnosis (one water therapy), and 2 chiropractors diagnosis (4 sessions each). I've had back surgery which removed the most severe pain in my knee but now I'm suffering with pain that goes from my thigh to my ankle but it feels like my leg is sleeved in pain instead of targeted and no one seems to know what can be done about it, yet.

Continued or worse pain after surgery is very common. They have a name for it: Failed Back Surgery Syndrome. The conventional medical response is usually more back surgery or a spinal cord stimulator, both of which can make the situation worse.
