Oxygen use

I have moderate COPD and asthma. I do not qualify according to Medicare standards for oxygen. But I feel like it would be a benefit on some days. Does anyone get relief with normal sats but shortness of breath
with oxygen?

When your saturations are normal, probably the thing that would help most is to use sone breathing techniques like pursed-lip diaphragmatic breathing. O2 use is for when your saturations are low.

It is a significant trip hazard and one more thing to maintain if it’s not essential for your health.
