Anyone had Lifyorli + abraxane for platinum resistant ovarian cancer?

Has anyone been given Lifgorii/Abraxane for platinum resistant ovarian.
I am a four year survivor. My Natera/Signatera blood test continues to detect 0 cancer. My CT and Pet Scans show no recurrence of cancer. However I have "trace ascites" which seem to be contributing to the rising of my CA-125 blood test, currently at 400. My oncologist suggested going on to Lifgorii/Abraxane since my cancer is platinum
restant.

@sistermarcy, Lifyorli (relacorilant) combined with Abraxane (nab-paclitaxel) was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in March 2026 based on results from the Phase 3 ROSELLA clinical trial. The trial showed that adding the oral drug Lifyorli to Abraxane infusion significantly improved overall survival compared to Abraxane alone. You can read more in this article:

Are you noticing any effects from the ascites?
