OsteoStrong Program - Your Experience?

My left femoral neck went from -2.4 to -2.6 and lumbar spine is -1.8. I'm trying OsteoStrong and wonder if others have had success or might share experience with this program.

If you go to the main heading of Osteoporosis above you will find a number of subheadings discussing osteostrong. And if you go to the search 🔍 function above and enter osteostrong you will find a list of mentions of it. Great info.

Not currently on op meds. Have first appt. With endocrinologist in October. No fractures so far.
