Onero Online - has anyone tried it?

I just discovered Onero Online https://onero.online/
I don't have any PT's near where I live (Florida) to work with who are experienced with osteoporosis, so I have been following someone I found on YouTube recently. However, I understand that Onero is cited for excellence due to the success of the Liftmor program, and Onero Online is an outcome of this since there are so few Onero practitioners to be found. I haven't seen any reviews of their online program and was wondering if anyone has tried it?

Not familiar with that program but I have found that it gets mentioned in other osteoporosis threads.
Have you reviewed melioguide.com? Her offerings are very good in my opinion.

The online program differs from the in-person program. I reviewed the online program awhile back and it focuses mostly on balance and mobility and does not include any of the exercises from the LIFTMOR program. If you have not been exercising it might be a good option to start.

@oopsiedaisy As you said the online program is not doing the LIFTMOR program at all. Belinda Beck acknowledges that it's unfortunate that they used the same name for the online and in person programs as they are radically different.
Some folks, like me, do their own variations of the LIFTMOR program. Belinda Beck does not endorse this!
