You are so lucky you found someone near you trained in Onero. I have heard wonderful things about it. I have a trainer but she is not trained in Onero, so I work with her and adapt if needed from what I learned from Dr. Lisa Moore at Brickhouse Bones.

I’ve been doing the Getwellen osteoporosis program for 28 weeks three times a week. My insurance company pays for that. I also do the Melioguide exercises that I read about on this forum. I’m scheduled to have my one hour Onero analysis in September. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Have you had any blood tests since beginning and did you do baseline tests….its still early but it’s been more than six months. Looking forward to improvements…

You are lucky to have someone near you. I live in PA and would have to commute to Baltimore (and hour and a half) Philly (this is a new person I just found out about) or New Jersey (2 hours)
I did learn something I recently saw three new PTs on the map on the Onero web site. I had been considering whether to stay in PA about a year ago or move back to DC area - where these people were. Thought 'oh if I knew maybe I would have moved back" and called the guy in Northern VA - the others were in Bethesda and DC itself - and said "how long have you been certified to offer it?" and he said Aug of 2025 . Which was when I could have still made decision to move so I said 'but you weren't on the map." He told me something very important: THEY DON'T PUT PTs ON THE MAP IMMEDIATELY WHEN THEY ARE CERTIFIED. THE PT HAS TO REQUEST IT. So don't just look at the map on the website https://onero.academy/locations/
call PTs in your area. They may have recently gotten certified. Also a guy on substack said you don't have to JUST go to someone certified, other PTs know the principles and can design a similar workout.
