On the first day of Christmas, la la la la la la, a CAM patch.

Well... had my first GUO visit post-IMRT. He wasn't really concerned with my PSA going from 0.19 to 0.23 and just said we'll see what it does in 3 months. (https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/psa-wrong-direction-after-imrt-what-do-you-guys-think/) He was more concerned with what my heart was doing. Pulse rate on cuff and stethoscope was 40. He was very worried about a heart block, so they hooked me up to an EKG and pulse showed at 70 with no heart block but frequent PVCs so off to cardio-oncology I go. "Guess what, you get to wear a CAM patch for Christmas."

I'm a heart failure patient as well and it's a little comical the way the urology docs tend to freak when my heart does something different and cardiology just shrugs and says, "OK...we'll monitor it."

I liked it better when I was young and stupid.
