The Store Director(Albertson’s), Showed Completely Out, Lost Control/Respect For Human Life, Health esp. Against, For The People of Color! In the Month of Mar./Apr. Of 2009, uptopart had experience a significant drop in labor hours! Then all types of mishaps occurred, not at her discretions, doing, or expense! Albertson’s LLC was behind the whole thing! What Albertson’s was trying to do, or their motives was to get uptopart; so emotionally distraught, traumatize, and or worn out: that she would do a premature resignation! Uptopart was schedule to have major surgery on May 6, 2009(davanci laproscopic vaginal hysterectomy)! Albertson’s was very much aware, knowledgeable, inform of/about this matter! This is why they tried to force, get uptopart to quit, resign! So she wouldn’t be entitle, qualify to receive these benefits- FMLA, and Short Term Disability Income/Salary!
