Nubeqa was approved! Thanks for the help from this group

We got some good news on Wednesday.

After Jeff mentioned I should essentially demand the oncologist prescribe Nubeqa (Daralutamide) instead of Zytiga, she did! I am happy that it was able to be ordered as I’ve read its side effects are a bit less. Anything for a little relief as he begins the next phase of the journey…most likely, 18-24 months of ADT therapy and 7 weeks of radiation.

Thank you all for your insights, opinions and comments. This group is beyond valuable. I really do appreciate it.

Enjoy your weekend.

The side effects are significantly less with Darolutamide. Most people I know have had no side effects of all with that drug. With Zytiga, you immediately have side effects.
