Non-UTI urgency and frequency

Male 85. Am on Gem/Doce maintenance and experiencing constant urinary urgency and frequency which is a real nuisance. I have been checked for infections, per oncologist suggestion - negative, and taken oxybutyinin(?) to no avail.
Anyone else having similar experience and effective treatment? Suggestions would be appreciated.
