my daughter has scleroderma (systemic) now diagnosed with cirrosis of the
liver - nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Dr. says scleroderma did not cause it.
she is 47 and about 17 or more years ago was given a breathlizer test for
alcoholic - because her employer was testing his employees and decided
to test the secretaries. She failed the test - stated she does not drink .
They told her to come back in the am - don't brush teeth - don't use mouth wash
she still failed the test. The employer visited with a knowledgeable person
who said they had heard of this. Anyone else ever had this experience. I wonder
if this was something in her body that has contributed to the fatty liver ????
