Newly diagnosed with Complex Hyperplasia Atypia

I'm new here and was diagnosed with Complex Hyperplasia Atypia last week. I'm 59 years old and post menopausal. I have an appt. to see my Gynecologic Oncologist on 9/28/26. I want to have surgery as quick as possible and praying for good results.

@ptgreer Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect and to our support group. I put Complex Hyperplasia Atypia into the search box at the top of this page and found that there are some existing discussions here on Complex Hyperplasia Atypia that you might wish to read through.

I'm tagging one of our members who was recently diagnosed with complex hyperplasia atypia @rakga.

Do you specific questions prepared for the gyn/oncologist you will see on September 28? If not, then may I suggest that you do that? It's very helpful to have someone by your side during these appointments as they will help you to remember all that was discussed during your appointment. Is there someone who can go to this appointment with you? Your spouse or another loved one?
