New to this site! Hoping to learn lots about everyday health and well-being. I am 60 years old….worked for the same company for 34 years. I try to stay relatively active, even though I sit most of the time(with my job). I go with some others 3 days a week to the gym for a short workout. I’ve always been health and exercise minded. As I get older, I find that medical related web sites appeal to me more and more!
