Nebivolol usage for my WPW condition

Good morning everybody, just so you know, I have WPW. My current age is 25.
I've been using nebivolol 2.5mg doses everyday for about 10 months already but my doctor never said anything about stop using the medicine. May I know is it normal for WPW patients to use nebivolol permanently like me? Should I change or recheck with other doctor?
