My 8 yr old grandson has been officially diagnosed with Asperger and ADHD for several years. He recently was confirmed to have developed Sydenham's Chorea. During approximate 6 mo from suspected infection, diagnosis and treatment completion (6 wks steroid), he showed little to no signs of either Asperger or ADHD symptoms (even with very frustrating limits due to the 'palsy-like' symptoms with speech, arms and legs). Would like to find appropriate forum to discuss details and see if there is a possibility of or any research for, a connections to cause of this cessation of Asperger/ADHD symptoms at onset of Chorea and reappearance of all symptoms when treatment completed (and Chorea symptoms relieved). @LeeAase
