MSK vs MDA

I've decided on SBRT and have had consults with RO's at both MDA and MSK. Insurance coverage for both is not an issue and I think both Doctors are extremely capable and are utilizing the most technologically available equipment.

I'm in Florida so commute is about the same although Houston likely easier to navigate and hopefully fly home on long weekends if possible.

Anything else I should be considering when making this decision between the two? At this point .....everything else being equal the tiebreaker is who can schedule treatment the soonest!

Before taking external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) whether the short form SBRT or the longer lower dose versions a risk assessment for DELAYED urinary tract symptoms should be obtained. A simple mouth swab allows the ProsTox (MirDx) test determine the genetic predisposition to a LOW or HIGHER risk of >Grade 2 (RTOG) delayed effects. The short term (ACUTE) side effects appear to be similar and resolve at the same time.

Additional things to consider;
> how will each avoid radiation hitting otherwise healthy nearby tissues and organs? (rectum, intestines, penile bulb, bladder, etc.)
