Menopause and comprehensive medical support

Are you able to find medical practitioners who are well trained and experienced in treating patients experiencing menopause?

I wish I could say yes, OP. But I have yet to find comprehensive care. My primary care doctor doesn't seem to be prepared or much interested in dealing with symptoms caused by menopause. I've also been seeing a gynecologist, urogynecologist, and endocrinologist, and the care seems to be limited to certain issues. It's all very reactionary in terms of addressing specific symptoms with little emphasis on prevention and planning.

In the current administrative climate I can hope that if we are vocal about what we need for, at the least, adequate care if not the exceptional care we women deserve
