I received an email asking for feedback from recent visit from Mayo, but not from a Mayo email address.
In the time of scams, I am always cautious of anything that ask for personal info, or not from an expected email address.
The email came from pgsurveying.com
Anyone know if this is legitimate?
Thanks
Laurie
The survey is legitimate. Mayo Clinic sends patient satisfaction surveys follow some patient visits to help us improve the quality of care. To ensure confidentiality, this survey is administered by an independent third-party, Press Ganey Associates, Inc. This explains the sender address and URL PGsurvey.com. You can learn more about Press Ganey here: https://www.pressganey.com/about
@roch, thanks again for bringing this to my attention so that I could verify the survey and let others know about patient satisfaction surveys.

Hi Laurie, thanks for the alert. I will investigate and get back to you. In the meantime, follow your instincts and don't click the link.
