Mayo Clinic consultation for out of country patient

Hello,
My name is Max and I'm trying to help a friend over in Poland looking to get a second opinion on his MCC treatment.
He suggested a consultation at Mayo Clinic. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Am I correct that your friend has metastatic colorectal cancer? All 3 campuses in Arizona, Florida and Minnesota offer excellent cancer care.
