I had a phone appointment with Mayo Clinic today, got up earlier than I usually do since I have ALOT of problems with sleep.
The girl was talking to me and I was telling her about having Medicare AND medicaid and wanted to know if both were accepted so she told me that you can apply for financiall aid if your income is low so I asked her for details and she asked if she could put me on hold for a couple minutes..a couple minutes later I was disconnected that was 30 minutes ago and NO CALL BACK????? What the heck happened??? I got disconnected a half hour ago and NO ONE CALLES BACK TO AT LEAST LET ME KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!! WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONALISM IS THAT???? IM STUNNED THAT MAYO CLINIC WOULD DO THAT! They better not charge my Medicare for that 2 minute phone call I can tell you that!!!!!
