Major depression

How can I regain energy and sense of strength and vitality while the medication takes effect?

Tough question. Exercise is the best way to raise your body's natural "feel good" chemicals, but exercising is hard to do when you feel tired. Start off small by taking a walk for at least ten minutes a day. Increase it by five minutes as you start feeling up to it.
