Lyrica and dizziness

Been on it for a few years. No dizziness.

I’ve tried taking pregabalin twice, and I experienced dizziness starting at the 100mg dose. In my case, aside from the fact that there was no improvement in the neuropathy despite persisting with it for a while, the dizziness was really bad. I ended up stopping it. Did you see improvement with the 200mg dose? Sometimes it helps to stick with that dosage.

Thanks for your response. have been on 200 mg for almost a year without any issues. Not sure the improvement in neuropathy is noteworthy.

At last doctor appointment a week ago, went to 300 mg. Didn't have any problems at first, but Saturday was not good. Dizziness and balance issues were significant. Again, the few nights I took 300 not sure that neuropathy was significantly better. Went back to 200 mg on Saturday and Sunday night. No problems.

May try 300 mg again tonight and Wednesday night to see if dizziness persists. If still an issue, will contact doctor and go back to 200 mg.

Read on line that body may gradually assimilate a higher dose, but we will see

@peca I have the research evidence to show that at 150 mg per day it’s pain control is no better than the placebo used in the test. It has to be at least 300 my per to be effective.

Took 300mg last night and feeling great this morning. No side effects and legs feeling great.

Hello, I take 75 mg of Lyrica twice a day and yes, it definitely makes me dizzy. I’ve been on this dose for months and still feel dizzy! My neuropathy is not improving and dr wants to up my dosage. I hope you get used to the drug and your dizziness subsides! Best of luck to you.

I take Lyrica 20mg 3X daily an I do not get dizzy, it just makes me constipated, and gives me a little bit of brain fog here and there.
