Lupus/MCTD and Fibromyalgia: Anyone Working on Both?

Hi all! I've been a member of the Lupus support group for a few months, and am glad to also join this group. At last week's rheumatologist appointment, based on my bloodwork, my doctor said my Lupus appears to be inactive/dormant; I'm currently taking Plaquenil and Benylsta for Lupus and MCTD. Unfortunately, my joint and muscle/fascia pain continues, despite dormancy and meds. This makes her think we are also combatting fibromyalgia. I've also been on 30MG Cymbalta for 2 months, in an effort to address pain while we wait for Benlysta to take full effect at the 6-month mark (2 more months to go). At this last appointment, my rheumatologist increased my Cymbalta dose to 60MG. Quickly, I noticed a significant improvement in my mood (from sadness to neutral and even joy) which I suppose isn't too surprising since it's an SNRI. I've also noticed a tiny bit of brain fog/fatigue, although less each day. My pain is also significantly improved during daytime hours, although it's not yet addressing the nightly pain that sets in around 8pm. But I'm optimistic, and very grateful for the improved outlook, which allows me to handle all situations better. Question: Is anyone else working on both Lupus and fibromyalgia, and with what meds and lifestyle changes? Thank you, wishing you all hope and good health!
