Lung disease and Rheumatoid Arthritis

Just started using 02 after being on cpap
and had a sleep study. I am not breathless unless I’m rushing and walking a lot. I’m concerned how quickly this will become much worse. Being treated for RA with infusions. What else can I do to continue to be independent. I am married. I am 84 and husband is 91 in good health.
