Hi there,
Please do talk this over with you Dad…tell him you are scared and that you think you better see a doctor…you SHOULD do this, please… You need to do this, sweetheart, for your peace of MIND. I’m sure you are wonderful young person and you need to do this for yourself. I have a feeling all will be well. You just need a little professional advise and direction. At this point, I don’t really believe it has to be ‘serious’…but you STILL need to hear this from a dr. Please give it a try! 🙂
Good luck to you!

Please help I have this too

Hi There, L L L,
Good luck to you, too…why don’t you do the same thing that I suggested above for the other person. Please? Give it a try. You won’t regret it and you don’t need the worry on your shoulders. Take care!

You have to think, is it because of running that the pain is happening? Because of you aren’t used to running or working out pain will probably occur. I remember the first time I ran a mile I had pain in that area but it did not last that long at all.

I would suggest telling your father just in case… It could be something serious.
