Adjusting to diuretics take a little time. A new consideration you will need to consider when you leave home is making sure rest rooms are in close proximity as you adjust to your new necessity of using rest rooms more frequently every day.
Daily weight monitoring is helpful and reporting any daily increase of 2-3 lbs. in one day or 5lbs. in one week to your physician
Timing when you take the Lasix to assure bathroom access is helpful too
Consuming adequate amounts of potassium rich food is also helpful- banana, dried fruits, spinach, broccoli
