Kidney Education Seminar on Zoom: Considering dialysis or transplant?

Do you have kidney disease, are a caregiver to a kidney patient, have a family member with kidney issues? Have you had a transplant or perhaps are considering dialysis or transplant? Then, this patient education series may be for you!

Grab some snacks! This series starts on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 and is 5 days long! Put on by Renal Support Network, an organization led by 4-time kidney transplant patient Lori Hartwell.

This annual education is now being done on Zoom! Follow this link to get more information and to register. There is no cost, but you do need to sign up. Pick and choose what is relevant to you. Is it worth it? Oh, definitely. I have been to a few of these from Renal Support Network, when it was in-person.
