Keytruda adverse reaction of DKA

I have been on Ketruda for almost a year and, recently, it kicked me into DKA. It’s a rare adverse side effect. I am now a Type 1 Diabetic and understand that I will have to deal with this for rest of my life. Has this happened to others on immunotherapy?
