Does anyone know what this slash mark is on my mri image?

I also wonder if this could be from markings they use prior to imaging to help radiologists focus their evaluations. If you look closely below the white lines, I see what appears to be dark capital letters/numbers.

That could be true I do see some black marks. I’ll update tomorrow and see what’s said. Thank you. I just thought it was weird I’d never seen lines lol

They give you earplugs to help with the noise. I could fall asleep in the tube if they gave me enough time. Also the warm air is really nice.

Yes they gave ear plugs thankfully. The warmness I felt on my back was nice so if it wasn’t so noisy I definitely could have fallen asleep.

Those “2 lines” are artifact and not in your spine. It may have occurred when the pic was scanned. I doubt the Radi report will mention it but I’d be interested to know your results.
