It was ADD at 20, now it's MCI?

We are human. We forget. We make mistakes. Yes, brain cells die, and there are Lewy and plaque, but not everything is an early sign of dementia.
There is also too much to remember (user names and passwords?). My kids, in their 40s stop mid-sentence because they forget.
