Is reclast the only option?

Please note I'm not asking for medical advise as I know I have to talk to my doctor about that.
I just finished my 12 months of Evenity and I was able to gain about 9-10% of my bone destiny back. The problem now is to bind it, my doctor is recommending Reclast since I don't want to be on life long meds and I suffer from Acid reflux. My only concern is I have Tinnitus due to my TMJ and it can get so bad I have to sleep in a separate room with a radio, fan and a tv to block out the noise. It's horrible and the amount of anxiety I get from it keeps me at a solid 4-5 hours of sleep. I told my doctor this but he said that Reclast doesn't cause ringing in the ear. Sadly from some other peoples post I believe it does. I'll take reclast if it's the only option but did anyone take anything else to bind the gains? Just asking for opinions I can check with my endo.

There are some good testimonials here which, to my estimation, point to Reclast encouraging tinnitus.

Another person was just asking about this recently in this support group. Here are some helpful articles. Could you take Fosamax, another bisphosphonate but it's pill form vs. an infusion?

My experience with Reclast has been much more painful than my back surgery which included L3, 4 and 5 with 2 rods. I won’t do it again but everyone is different. I see some have had success. Good luck.
