Is HRT safe with hyperthyroidism and elevated liver enzymes?

Does anyone have any scholarly resources, information, or experience regarding taking HRT (specifically estradiol and micronized progesterone) with blood levels suggesting hyperthyroidism?
(Low TSH, elevated T3, and normal T4; ultrasound shows small-to-normal sized thyroid and no nodules)
What about elevated liver enzymes (ALT, AST)?
