Stress response liked to poor digestion sounds right. I’ve been googling Parasympathetic overbalance for stress response and wow I’ve got along way to go for finding more peace. Emotional stress from family deaths has done a number on me. Seems the littlest things send me over the edge too much stimulation or too much and I stress. Interesting stuff.
