I was given a presumptive diagnosis of Systemic Raynaud's Disease. Not much

I was given a presumptive diagnosis of Systemic Raynaud's Disease. Not much information about this anywhere, so am looking for anyone with a similar condition. My hands and feet are affected and brought on by cold. My tongue and face may be affected. And systemic symptoms are brought on by stress or position, i.e., standing and walkiing. Symptoms occur after only 10 - 20 minutes, and include severe abdominal pain (like a clamp), muscle weakness, skin tingling, excessive saliva, sweating, and sometimes vomiting. These symptoms can last 20 - 30 minutes. My Rheumatologist has given me diltiazem (a calcium channel blocker) and it abates the pain somewhat. Has anyone had anything like this? Is there any relief?
