i think 160 is high. i run but it doesn't affect my bp. it does affect the 3rd no., the resting pulse because that is only low if you're resting so that can shoot up to l60 easily if i run but i don't believe your pulse ds should change according to exercise. it does change according to caffeine (rises) and other food like cinnamon (drops). so perhaps if you added some natural relaxers to your diet, when you visited the dr, a rise due to anxiety may just take you to your l60, which i reiterate, to me is high but it won't go to 190. @hypertensivemess
