I started taking Eliquis a day ago and I have PA do joints swell?

I started taking Eliquis a day ago and I also have psoriatic arthritis. I have had some swelling and a joint that normally does not flare and I have also not been on any sort of medication for my arthritis and four months. I’m taking Eliquis because I have a blood clot in my left arm, but now my left knee is swollen. Does this happen to anyone else?

Hi- sorry you’re feeling this. Talk to your doctor asap. “Unexpected pain, swelling, or joint pain” is listed as a possible serious side effect at this site: https://www.eliquis.bmscustomerconnect.com/afib/side-effects.
