I have experienced a host of seemingly unrelated health issues for the past 28 years or so. After having looked at various information about Sjogren's syndrome, that all of these health events may be more tied together than I had ever realized (hypothyroidism, parotid gland tumor, extreme light sensitivity/dry eyes, dry mouth, arthritis of the spine -- though not rheumatoid as far as I know, fatigue, difficulty focusing, etc.). How do I approach my doctor so that it doesn't seem that I am just plugging in some symptoms into a disease and coming up with something? In the deepest part of my heart, I really do feel I have Sjogren's. Where and how do I begin to find someone who might take me seriously? Thank you for your responses!
