I have burning pain in arm muscles, and it wakes me at night. I have been getting shots for shoulder joint pain.

Hello @judyc85, My arms will fall asleep sometimes and it wakes me up but I don't have the burning pain. You mentioned your have been getting shots for should joint pain. Could the burning pain in your arm muscles be caused by a pinched nerve in the shoulder joint area? Have you discussed the night time pain with your doctor?

Arms falling asleep at night may be caused by carpal tunnel. Carpal tunnel release surgery is simple and very effective. I had both wrists done about two weeks apart and recovery was great! That was-over 25 years ago and I am still fine. Easy test to see if messages traveling through your nerves properly. Go for it!
