I am having really low blood pressure while on Elliquis -help

I am having very low blood pressure while on Elliquis . I finally dropped my dose down to 2.5 mg twice daily for my blood clot behind knee and it helped .
Has anybody else experienced this side effect?

I would definitely contact your doctor letting him/her know how you have reacted to it.

One cause of blood pressure drop can be internal bleeding. I would think he would want to rule that out.

I've been using 5 twice a day for about a year, and I have noticed the same. Other numbers possibly lower as well. 80/50/41 this morning. I have to do around a hundred jumping jacks before I get on the treadmill to raise heart rate to a level that is considered aerobic, around 120 for me. I can keep it there for 45 minutes, which is what my western cardiologist recommended nine years ago. I'm still here so I guess it's working, but the low blood pressure is annoying.
