I am faced, each evening around 8 p.m. EDT, with that day's restless legs syndrome battle. I was diagnosed with RLS a decade ago, probably, and take a generic for Requip, usually right at bedtime. I also perform a four-mile power walk every afternoon, or 30 minutes on the home treadmill, all with the hope of being able to relax a bit in the living room. My late wife told me many times to just not think about it. But as time goes by, that's harder and harder. Just had to sound off a bit.
