I am a 55 year old woman who had hairy cell leukaemia 2 years ago. Following treatment of Cladrabine (chemotherapy) I went into remission a year later. Shortly after that my ankle and mainly my foot started to swell. Following various consultations and mri scans I was diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis of the Talus bone and cuboid bone. I have worn an air boot for 9 months. The swelling has reduced but the discomfort in the bone is still there as is the AVN. Any ideas to help me? Many thanks Sian
