Walk away from excess running

A new study found that men who were marathon runners for 25 years had 62% more plaque build up in their coronary arteries than men who were sedentary. I do well to walk with a long medal brace on one leg and the other knee is not much better and the other conditions I. Have I really do try to walk every day.
