How do I grow taller or why have I stopped growing?

Hello, I'm currently 5'5-5'6 at 13 years old, turning 14 in may ( currently march ) I was wondering if there is a chance I can still grow but I have stopped growing since October 2025.

My parents are 5'6 (Mother) and 6'4 (Father) and I am assigned female at birth.
