How can I taper off low dose seroquel

I’m an old dude who successfully tapered of a 25 year struggle with benzos which I used only for severe insomnia. When I got down to a very low dose my doctor gave me 25 mg seroquel to ease the final transition. Now, I’ve been on seroquel for a year and have tapered to 15 mg and it has been hell. To me , the physical effects have harder than Diazapam when weaning. No sleep generally two to three days a week with the other remaining days giv8ng me three plus hours. I desperately want off these pills. Any real suggestions ? Historyguy
