How can I privately come off of Opia?

Ive been using Opia 30 mg n have over the past year it just use more and more.
I tried to come off it or go a week without it and it broke me. As soon as I could get another vehicle I went n got some. I take at least 2 packs a day.
Its taken away from my quality of life tremendously but without it I am going to be so sick ill consider anyway of getting to the store to get more. Asking people i havent talked to in months for a ride and to borrow some money.
Ive started having to work almost 75 hrs a week at least just to be able to afford another week.
Im miserable.
